One or more direct referrals has disappeared.
Whenever a user has his/her account permanently suspended and that user is someone's direct referral, it is removed from the referrer.
RENTING REFERRALS
Renting for Golden member has the most demand therefore you have to be fast when renting.
This is how I use to rent:
show up 5~15 minutes before renting.
Have the clock display on.
Have two tabs on side by side so you can see both.
Rent 1
Rent 2
10 seconds before rent time I start to refresh (F5) every 5 seconds switching between both tabs.
The renting should become available within 1 minutes after that then you miss it. Just rent at your 2nd hour or change it to the next hour and you can try again within a hour.

RENEWAL FEES AND EXPIRATION FEES
You have let some the rented refs expire! Which there is a fee.
AutoPay does not extend the ref for you if they have less than 20 days left.
Don't forget to manually extend them.
